Some friends who have three kids also had your broken TV situation. They built lots of forts with the sofa cushions and read a ton of library books.
Yes we were playing out in the back. James was defending an upturned bench and kid’s tractor that he called the Alamo!

backyard games maybe? Internet games? The Park? Someplace educational but fun?…just a thought in keeping them busy.

Yes I had them playing in the back garden. No tv, no tablets. I think they thought it was the Dark Ages 🙂 But they enjoyed themselves.
