  1. I wish I hadn’t seen your post this morning, Andy. That song is so reminiscent of Tyneside for me. I feel a deep, and sudden yearning for a past that has gone forever and all my kin. How sad.

    • Seems to be a lot of notable figures that we are losing of late. Just yesterday we learnt of the death of Cilla Black, not sure if she is known to you over there?
