I may do a more considered post later, but heard the news just as it broke. Author of my all-time favourite book. I told my wife just last night that it was imminent! And I would reread both books in memory of her. Just finished In Cold Blood, her work on that being largely unacknowledged. I always respected her decision to walk away from the limelight, but it frustrated me no end! Sad day 😦
What?? I hadn’t heard. But then I’ve been stuck in a courtroom much of today. Wow. That’s huge! How sad. Guess her lawyer will get all the money from book sales then.

Although Lee did seem as sharp as a tack. I wouldn’t be surprised if we learn she has set up legacies, etc, in her name.
