Thanks, this is an old one which was included in my first collection by Nordland Publishing, called Heading North. There was another one in there that I’ll share for the November month, I like those kind of connections. That’s why I go for the old names like Samhain.
Had to look up the word ‘rictus’. Aptly paired with ‘liminal time’.
This year, in fact, seems to be a liminal year.
I know this is one from your first collection, but seeing it here and now is refreshing!
