Seems silly to me to try to aim for more contact over Christmas. Surely this is a long haul flight, not a one hour jolly!

Yes we already lost Easter, Christmas could go the same way. What’s important is by then the end could be in sight, vaccination initially for those at risk may be available around Feb/March

My daughter is still allowed to move house though. At least in the bleak midwinter some of us can avoid those commutes, and the weather and continue to work from home.
